Dr. Meghan Aversa earned her BSc and MD from McGill University. After completing both Internal Medicine and Respirology residencies at the University of Toronto, she subsequently completed a fellowship in Lung Transplantation at the Toronto General Hospital. She was an Assistant Professor in the Columbia University Lung Transplant Program from 2017 to 2020 before returning to the Toronto Lung Transplant Program. She earned her MSc (Biostatistics) from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in 2021. She is currently a clinician-investigator with a research interest in sensitized lung transplant candidates.
