Joselito Getz, MSc

Joselito Getz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry, a Master's Degree in Internal Medicine from the Federal University of Paraná, and is a Certified Histocompatibility Specialist by the Brazilian Association of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ABHI). He has a strong foundation in immunogenetics, with experience in the field since 2005. Currently, Joselito contributes to the Histocompatibility Laboratory of the Hospital de Clínicas (UFPR) and Hospital Universitário Cajuru. His expertise includes hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, donor selection, HLA typing, anti-HLA antibody assays and post-transplant chimerism analysis. Joselito Getz is currently a doctoral student in the Internal Medicine Program at the Federal University of Paraná.
